Mission
The Technology Learning Center (TLC) is dedicated to facilitating the adoption of information technologies within the City by offering a broad base of cost-effective training services.

On-Line Learning has arrived! The DT Technology Learning Center is please to announce the availability of ONLINE Learning Libraries. City and County Employees can assess over 700 online courses. Courses included desktop applications as well high-end technical courses. Subscriptions good for one year from date of purchase. Please read this document for a service overview. (PDF)
